'23 Christmas Party - Habitat Noosa

Not far now until we celebrate the Brisbane 4WD Club Christmas at Habitat Noosa.



We can now provide more information about the event.

Christmas Celebration Meal.

Cost: 

• 0 – 17 years – no charge
• 18 years and over - $20 per person
• Payment should be received by Sunday 26 November.

Saturday 2 December

AM – 12.00pm – watercraft on the lake.

The Club have hired 2 person canoe’s, junior kayak’s and stand up paddle boards for everyone to enjoy.

From 2.00pm – Games

Games will be less formal this year due to the water and other activities available.  Games will be available for the kids under the club marquee.

2.30pm – 3.30pm – Kids Christmas

Mums and Dads check your emails for an important message from Santa.

3.30pm – 6.00pm – Secret Santa Gift Exchange

Exchange Rules 2023

• If you are taking part, show up for 3.00pm under the club marquee area.
• Bring a chair + wrapped perfect gift to the value of $20 + receive a ticket number
• When your number is called, select a gift and open it where everyone can see OR steal a gift that has already been opened
• Number of steals – on second steel it belongs to that person
• New rule – First person selected will become the last steal of the game
• Have fun

7.00pm onwards – Christmas Celebration Meal

The meal will be an amazing selection of platters.

Seafood, Antipasto, Vegan, Meat Lovers
Also Pizza Platters. BBQ Meat Lovers, Hawaiian, Margherita, Pepperoni, Prosciutto.
Finished off with dessert platters.

Bring a chair to sit on the grassed area and relax, or pull up a table in the reserved verandah area.

We have the following sites reserved for you to book.

These sites are un-powered.
If you require a powered site, these are available, they are just not in the area we have reserved.
There are also glamping options available for those that want a little bit of luxury.

Costs for camping in the club's reserved area

Waterfront sites 1 to 12 - $140 for 2 people. Extra people are $12.50 per person per night.

Mays Grove sites 38 to 61 - $70 for 2 people. Extra people are $12.50 per person per night.

Christmas Celebration Meal

We are still working with Habitat Noosa on the meal plans for Saturday evening.
We are aiming at a cost of between $20-$25 per head.

Details of menu will be announced closer to the event.
