The Harrison Payne Initiative proudly invites you to the official opening of the Harrison Payne 4WD Track at Woorim Beach — a newly renamed site that honours the life, spirit, and legacy of Harrison Payne, who tragically lost his life in a beach 4WD crash on May 30, 2021.
This special community event will feature guest speakers, a BBQ, a merchandise stand, and 4WD community groups showcasing their vehicles and support. Together, we’ll celebrate Harrison’s legacy and promote safe driving and community connection.
Special Guests:
Peter Flannery, Mayor of the City of Moreton Bay
Ariana Doolan, Member for Pumicestone
Brooke Savige, Councillor for Division 1
Mark Booth, Councillor for Division 2
Minister Sam O’Connor, Queensland Government (officially opening the track)
The Australian Road Safety Foundation, recognising World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims
“This track is more than just a name — its a message.”
“It’s a reminder to drive safely, to look out for one another, and to live with the same passion and kindness that Harrison showed every day.”
Join us for a day of remembrance, celebration, and community spirit as we continue to raise awareness and promote safer driving habits across Queensland.
