Spooky Halloween Run
Gather your guys, gals and ghouls and join us for a spooky Halloween weekend, featuring some great tracks and creepy costumes!
We will be running a spooky Halloween trip in Imbil State Forest, camping at Charlie Moreland campground. The trip will be a combination of social activities and a drive. We will do a reccie closer to the time, but anticipate the drive being easy / medium. For the social activities, we will have a best-dressed competition, as well as a best-decorated vehicle/campsite competition. We will also run a trick-or-treat for any kiddies that come along, and a spooky happy hour.
More details on activities to follow.
Charlie Moreland is a big open camping area, with no allocated sites. Please book directly through the parks site. Charlie Moreland camping area is accessible via Sunday Creek Road by high clearance four-wheel drive vehicles and off-road camper trailers in dry weather. Two-wheel drive vehicles and caravans can only access the camping areas by travelling from the east on Sunday Creek Road, unsealed and includes a concrete causeway over a creek, however caution is required during wet weather.
We will meet on the Friday afternoon, or people are welcome to join on the Saturday morning. If people are keen, we may do a harder drive on the Sunday.
