Big Kart Go Karting
On the Saturday afternoon when it was a bit cooler, a few of us headed up to Landsborough for a few rounds of adrenaline pumping go karting. The kids and I had been here before (generally for Coop’s birthday) in the middle of summer, when it’s absolutely stinking hot, so it was much more pleasant temperature wise late in the afternoon.
Rhys, Cooper and Alyssa (the younging’s) versus Jen, myself, Dale and Gina (the oldies). Whilst we didn’t keep track of lap times, we can safely assume the younging’s kicked our butts, I know Coop lapped me at least once.
By the smiles on the kids’ faces, they were having a great time. Alyssa certainly didn’t hold back and was giving it to the boys.
It was a fun afternoon that I’d happily do again.
